Excellent Stay!

excellent locationspacious roomfull kitchenavailable parking
The location was excellent. It was close to many attractions. The room was spacious with a separate living room, and a pull-out bed on the sofa. The kitchen had everything I needed. It included a fridge, plates, and basic utensils. The building felt well-kept. It did not feel like a generic hotel. Parking was also available.
Facilities
9/10
The building comprises a few separate structures. These structures are about two or three stories high. Parking is available , providing convenience, especially if they plan to explore the surrounding areas by car. Luggage storage is also offered.
Service
9/10
The front desk staff provided friendly and helpful assistance . There is a coffee bar available in the morning, a very great treat. The hotel offered luggage storage after checkout, allowing continued exploration.

Mediocre stay. Some issues present

large parksticky floorvisible stain
the hotel is located very close to a large park and is also a short walk from the downtown area.
I found the room to have a strange check-in process. Plus the entire room smelled strongly of urine or possibly seafood. the bed also had a large, visible stain, and the floors felt sticky to walk on. This was not a good experience.

Really good Location and Comfort

smooth check-inclean apartmentexcellent equipmentconvenient amenities
I found ample parking and the check-in flowed smoothly! The apartment felt clean and boasted great equipment, located a short, pleasant walk to the ocean. The reception offers an ice machine and hot drinks, a convenience I greatly valued. I cannot wait to return!!
My room faced a rather busy street. The traffic made it difficult to sleep at times, buses, and trucks needed to use low gears on the hill so there was quite a bit of noise.
Service
9/10
The staff were nice and helped with check-in quickly. They were just as nice during check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff accommodated my early check-in request, and I appreciated that gesture.
Location
10/10
The location offers closeness to many attractions without the noise. The marina and downtown areas are within walking distance, perfect for exploration. Access to restaurants, stores, and other necessities is easy from this spot.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. A mini-kitchen equipped with dishes, a microwave, and a coffee machine added convenience. Both the bed and the fold-out couch provided comfort.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel included convenient parking. There is restricted access, which promoted a feeling of safety and security. The ice machine and hot drinks in reception were a nice touch, providing refreshment options.
